Description The Opportunity Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Business Support Officer to join our Skilltech team based at High Wycombe. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and payroll support across Meter Reading and Meter Exchange contracts, ensuring accurate processing of pay-related data and delivering exceptional service to stakeholders. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and work independently. Key requirements include: Certificate III in Business or Business Diploma, or equivalent experience. Previous administration experience. Strong computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to manage time and workload effectively. Experience in tasks such as fleet coordination, payroll backfill, INX reporting, onboarding, and work cover claim assistance. A commitment to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
