What is the role: Meraki Allied Health is a small, community-based Psychology and PBS provider. You will be servicing NDIS and private paying clients You will provide Psychological services and Positive Behaviour Support. This will predominately be in a one to one setting, however opportunities for providing group supports will arise Whilst Meraki has a focus on working with children and their caregivers, you will also work with adolescents and adults as per demand You will work with the client and their support systems in various environments including their home, school and telehealth Client note taking and report writing, including NDIS progress reports, recommendation letters, and behaviour support plans What we offer: The support of a close knit, easy going, motivated and client focused team Flexibility to work in a way that works for you. Team catch ups for peer supervision Work laptop, phone, and a resource budget Professional development and supervision allowance 12 months AAPI membership Mileage reimbursement Starting at $80k Pro-rata super Who we are looking for: Someone with a strong work ethic, focus on clients, and who values a strengths-based approach to therapy Someone comfortable working from home and with autonomy - we don’t have an office in this area Experience working with Neurodiverse clients Experience working with children NDIS experience Registration as a PBS Practitioner within the NDIS Commission Framework is preferred Must have a drivers license and vehicle with appropriate insurances WWCC or willing to obtain AHPRA Registration (Psychologist or Provisional) Provisionals encouraged to apply
