Community Support Worker – Maroubra Join Sunnyfield & Make a Difference Sunnyfield is a purpose-driven organisation supporting people with disability to live meaningful and independent lives. We are currently seeking Community Support Workers to join our Maroubra shared living accommodation team. About the Role As a Community Support Worker, you’ll support people with disability to live independently and actively participate in their community. Working one-on-one and as part of a supportive team, you’ll provide practical, hands-on support to help clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. This role primarily requires availability for short morning shifts (6:00–10:00 am), with the possibility of some afternoon and daytime shifts. Key Responsibilities Support clients with daily living activities and community participation Assist with personal care, hygiene, and medication administration Implement positive behaviour support strategies Complete progress notes and documentation Assist with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and menu planning Transport clients to appointments and community activities About You Passionate about supporting people with disability Reliable, compassionate, and a strong team player Experience in disability support is highly regarded NSW Driver Licence and comprehensive insurance required Why Work with Sunnyfield?
