Our client works across the high-end residential sector and they're looking to appoint a detail-focused, technically capable Interior Architect or Interior Designer to provide support in an all-round capacity. This role would be ideally suited to someone who can take a clearly defined vision and see it through to polished, buildable outcomes. You’ll work closely with the Studio Director and their small internal team, contributing to all stages of the design process and liaising with clients, architects, suppliers, and trades. Although it will initially focus on support and execution, there is room for growth over time into greater creative responsibility. You'll need to possess a strong grasp of documentation, detailing, procurement and spatial design. Responsibilities will include attending client consultations and meetings, assisting with project installations and photo shoots, sourcing products, managing samples and creating polished presentation material. Essential Skills & Requirements: Bachelor of Interior Architecture or Interior Design 4 years post-grad experience in high-end design (residential preferred) Strong proficiency in AutoCAD , InDesign, SketchUp, Photoshop, Procreate Excellent documentation and detailing skills Able to coordinate drawings across consultants and suppliers Demonstrated understanding of materials, finishes, how things are built Clear, personable communication style and confident, flexible approach Outstanding organisation and time management skills Willingness to follow and refine established creative direction Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed If you thrive in a small team environment with a steady but demanding pace, this studio offers structure, support, and clear direction with room to grow.
