Quality Engineer – 6-Month Contract – Melbourne Location: Melbourne (Onsite Preferred) Contract Duration: 6 Months Start: ASAP Experience Required: Tosca (Mandatory) About the Role: Our client is seeking experienced Quality Engineers to join our team for a 6-month engagement. These roles require strong hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing, with Tosca being an essential skill. You will work onsite in Melbourne, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated functional test scripts for System Testing (ST) and Regression Testing Ensure all automation aligns with TCoE QE guidelines and frameworks Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub) Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution Maintain test environments and prepare relevant test data Generate and report testing metrics following TCoE standards Mentor junior testers and contribute to testing process improvements Required Skills & Experience Core Quality Engineering Experience Strong experience in manual and automated testing Proficiency in: Tosca & Tosca Agentic AI (Mandatory) Jenkins GitHub Experience with qTest for test management Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Digital Experience Hands-on experience with mobile app and web testing Understanding of Agile delivery methodology Knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Experience using JIRA and Confluence API testing experience using Postman Familiarity with Charles Proxy or similar tools
