We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Advocate to lead the coordination and delivery of client contracts, working cross-functionally to ensure all commitments are met on time and to the required standard. Our platform delivers real-time data and insights, enabling clients to improve efficiency, safety and compliance across operations. Description Provide professional and timely support to clients by addressing questions, collecting required information, and guiding them on the correct communication channels. Maintain a clear understanding of client contracts and related commercial requirements to ensure accurate service delivery. Assist with the setup of new accounts by ensuring purchase orders, asset details, and other key information are accurate and complete. Coordinate with clients on maintenance-related activities, confirming that all required details and documentation are up to date. Keep internal systems updated by managing opportunities and ensuring all information is accurate and current. Collaborate with internal teams to provide the information and support needed to progress and close opportunities. Provide client-specific details to internal stakeholders for billing, support, and implementation queries. Prepare and maintain client reports and ensure records of key interactions and activities are accurate. Assist with general client enquiries and provide ad-hoc support as needed. Profile Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. A detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently. Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining client satisfaction. Ability to manage changing priorities and fast paced environment.
