Due to their successes they are looking to add a new member to the team here in NSW to aid the business's growth plans. As the 2IC to the State Manager you will bring your expertise in Restorations and Insurance to assist with ongoing projects and to bring in new revenue. Key Responsibilities: Time spent both 'on the road' and at the office Oversee and assess a book of Large Loss claims Business development - bring in new revenue from industrial and commercial business Project Management Acting team leader in the absence of the State Manager Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience across Insurance and Restorations Strong technical understanding of Restoration requirements Excellent communication and engagement skills Ability to be flexible and reliable Some experience in project managent is preffered but not essential Location: West Sydney Additional Information: Salary between $110,000 - $130,000 Super (depending on experience level) Bonus scheme Flexibility in where you work - no specific office time requirement, ability to work from home when suitable Join an innovative, hard working team Ability to work full time remote For more information please reach out to Max Field: max.field@haylopeople.com.au 0468 012 530
