They're looking for a technically strong, delivery-focused leader with deep expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on complex, high-value projects , help grow and shape a local team , and play a strategic role in the continued success and growth of their national water business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design and delivery of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects , including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities Provide high-level technical oversight , ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with Sydney Water standards Support business development activities and build strong, lasting relationships with key clients, including Sydney Water and local councils Mentor junior engineers and help grow the NSW water capability Contribute to strategic planning , resourcing, and team development What We're Looking For: A technically strong Civil, Structural, Water or Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of experience in design consultancy Proven experience working on Sydney Water frameworks or projects is highly desirable Solid knowledge of local infrastructure standards , codes, and approval processes Chartered Engineer (CPEng, RPEQ) Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities Passion for delivering high-quality engineering outcomes within collaborative teams Why Join?
