Our Grants and Funding Team plays a strategic role in enabling programs that support inclusion, professional development, and educator growth across our network. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Grants and Funding Coordinator to lead, manage, and optimise our grant and funding processes. In this role, you’ll combine operational coordination with strategic oversight to ensure our programs are compliant, effective, and aligned with AEG’s mission to inspire and nurture individuals to reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to: Lead the planning, application, assessment, and monitoring of AEG’s grants program. Research and identify funding and subsidy opportunities that promote inclusion and professional development. Ensure compliance with relevant eligibility and reporting requirements. Manage data collection, record-keeping, and financial tracking for all grant activities. Prepare reports, training materials, and communications for internal teams and funding bodies. Collaborate across departments to facilitate funding applications, approvals, and program implementation. Support continuous improvement through evaluation and program reporting. Your work will ensure every dollar of funding helps advance quality education, inclusion, and growth across our community. What You’ll Bring At least 2 years’ experience in advanced administrative or project coordination roles. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines. Strong data management, financial oversight, and analytical skills. Experience in program coordination, planning, and evaluation. Excellent communication and training facilitation skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with leadership capability. Knowledge of early education or childcare funding frameworks (preferred).
