The Opportunity Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service Team based at our Parkview site, Archerfield, QLD . Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Lysaght for our customers, delivering exceptional service across every interaction. This diverse and fast-paced role sees you taking and processing orders and quotations, providing product and pricing advice, and managing enquiries from walk-in customers as well as those received via phone and email. What Will You Do? We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, with manufacturing excellence embedded throughout our business, you will join an established, highly capable team. You will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries from our commercial and residential customers. You will: interact with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face at the trade counter, managing a variety of enquiries, quotes and order requests prepare, enter and follow up quotations, converting enquiries into sales opportunities across key product categories including Patio Kits, Fencing, Roofing & Walling, Rainwater Goods and Structural Products collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition More About You You are a genuine team player with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, who is able to adapt your style to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and customer needs. Your positive, can-do attitude and ability to think on your feet will ensure you can juggle multiple tasks, adapt quickly, and support the wider team.
