As a Customer Service Officer , you'll be the face and voice of an exciting, fast-growing brand, assisting customers with inbound enquiries (and a few outbound follow-up calls) while keeping things friendly, professional, and fun. You'll be the first point of contact for customers - helping them with questions, guiding them through solutions, and ensuring they always have a positive experience. The Role Manage inbound calls from customers with questions about parking issues or general advice Make occasional outbound calls for check-ins, follow-ups, or after-sales care Manage the shared customer service inbox, ensuring all emails are actioned promptly Assist with admin tasks and after-sales documentation to support the wider team Conduct check-in calls and provide ongoing customer support with confidence and professionalism The Benefits $55,000-$60,000 base Super quarterly bonuses roughly $2.5k Fully on-site role in Spring Hill with free parking Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm - no weekends!
