A rare opportunity exists to join our Senior Management Team, leading the School’s forward-thinking and contemporary academic program, which includes the International Baccalaureate Diploma. Key Responsibilities: Lead Curriculum Leaders and manage academic programs for Years 7-12. Oversee teacher performance, mentoring, and professional development. Deliver exemplary classroom teaching as a role model. Manage subject selection, class allocations, and assessment schedules. Drive curriculum review, external exam preparation, and data analysis. Monitor and maintain academic policies and standards. Support the Principal and Senior Management Team in strategic decision-making. Represent the School at events and engage with staff, students, and parents. Skills & Attributes: Our ideal candidate will have: Senior academic leadership experience in secondary schools.
