The Role: Join a high-performing team backed by experienced leadership and a dynamic finance & insurance division, where you’ll play a key role in delivering the ‘unique Volkswagen experience’ to every customer. With a large range of continuously replenished used vehicle stock, you’ll have the opportunity to service an untapped consumer market, generate fulfilling customer connections while taking advantage of a competitive commission structure . You’ll be tasked with leading the Used Car Sales Department in the position of Used Car Sales Manager. You’ll help achieve budgeted volumes, gross profit and customer service benchmarks whilst expanding on available sales opportunities. With proven experience within a Sales Management position, you will harness your existing skills and experience to lead and motivate a team of Used Car Sales Consultants by example to ensure sales targets are reached and exceeded regularly. What we need from you: Have a proven track record in sales as well as leadership within the automotive industry. Have an in-depth understanding of the financial aspects of the business.
