About the Role We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Centre Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations and performance of a select group of shopping centres. This role requires a well-rounded property professional with solid experience in all facets of retail centre management. Key Responsibilities Manage operational and financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, CAPEX, and reporting Oversee lease administration, tenant billing, arrears management, and debt recovery Collaborate on leasing and strategic planning, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and add value Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and community stakeholders Ensure centres are maintained to a high standard through regular inspections and risk mitigation Lead and develop your centre management team, providing coaching and support Skills and experience required for this role Minimum 5 years’ experience in shopping centre management Strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and leadership capabilities Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly proactive A community-focused mindset with a collaborative approach Benefits Manage a portfolio of shopping centres Direct employment with the landlord Supportive team | Career Development Opportunities How to apply Apply now or get in touch with Marton Volep or Samantha Sergiacomi on 0422 873 790 or ssergiacomi@iconicrecruit.com.au for a confidential discussion.
