Based on site at SA Water House, you’ll provide professional front-of-house, administrative, and facilities support to ensure a seamless, customer-focused environment. This position is perfect for someone who’s proactive, service-oriented, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. Job Description Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, contractors, and visitors at the service counter Manage emails, phone calls, and in-person enquiries in a timely and professional manner Support meeting room and event setups, catering coordination, and bookings Manage incoming/outgoing courier items, including lodgments Assist with vehicle maintenance checks, pool car bookings, coordinate car services, issuing of keys and logbooks. Raise and track work orders through C&W systems, ensuring updates are provided to clients Oversee contractor sign-ins, key management, permit issuance and spot checks Provide general administrative and filing support to the Workplace team Assist with utilization audits and reporting Complete workplace audits, building and cleaning inspections About You Previous experience in front-of-house, facilities, or customer service (preferred but not essential) Professional, friendly, and reliable with excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Basic IT proficiency (Outlook, MS Office) and willingness to learn new systems A genuine interest in facilities management and the built environment Driver's license required Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
