About the role: As a Admin Trainee, you'll be the face of the office, providing reception and facilities support across a dynamic corporate environment. Each day will bring new experiences as you help ensure the workspace is welcoming, functional, and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional front-of-house and reception support, including answering phones, managing emails, issuing access passes, and booking meeting rooms. Conduct regular floor walks to check office presentation, cleanliness, and functionality. Log and track maintenance requests and contractor jobs (lighting, plumbing, repairs, etc.). Work closely with the Facilities Manager and Coordinator to support daily operations. Assist with mail handling, locker coordination, and refurbishment or office setup projects. What we're looking for - Skills & Experience Punctual, reliable, and energetic with a strong work ethic Well-presented and confident communicating with staff and visitors.
