Job Description We are seeking a motivated & reliable chef who is interested in developing their culinary skills within the hotel environment, whilst assisting the breakfast & lunch service. All levels of chef are welcome to apply. This is a full-time role. Reporting to the Executive & Sous Chefs, you will be: Preparing to-order dishes and buffet service for our Hotel's breakfast offering; Preparing a-la-carte meals for our lunch service; Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality & presentation; Following the kitchen's opening procedures.
