We Deliver Groceries to homes and businesses on behalf of one of the major Supermarkets in Central West and Far west NSW. Duties include and not limited to: Transportation of Goods : Safely and efficiently drive a delivery vehicle to transport goods or packages from our distribution centre to customer locations. Follow designated routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Loading and Unloading : Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Verify the accuracy of deliveries and obtain signatures or delivery confirmations as required. Vehicle Maintenance : Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any vehicle maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including friendly interactions with customers upon delivery. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs, mileage, and fuel records. Complete required paperwork and documentation neatly and accurately. Adherence to Safety Standards : Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company safety policies and procedures. Ensure safe and responsible driving practices at all times. Problem Solving : Handle any delivery issues or delays efficiently and professionally, communicating with customers and dispatch as necessary to resolve problems. Flexibility : Adapt to changes in delivery schedules or routes as required to meet customer needs. Requirements: Valid full Australian driver’s license Clean Police record.
