As a Senior Property Manager, you will take full ownership of an end-to-end residential portfolio, supported by strong systems (PME), a proactive leadership team, and a culture that values excellence, collaboration, and growth. Modern systems, streamlined processes, and technology to ensure efficiency and ease in daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage a clean, well-maintained 150-property portfolio end-to-end. Oversee all landlord and tenant communication. Complete one routine inspection per property annually (remaining inspections completed by an Assistant). Conduct all exit inspections and coordinate maintenance as required. Manage arrears, handle tenancy issues, and prepare for VCAT when necessary. Ensure full compliance with Victorian legislation and agency standards. Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a consistent, exceptional client experience. About You: Minimum 2 years experience in full end-to-end residential property management role. Strong working knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused. Confident managing a portfolio independently while contributing positively to team culture. Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate. Reliable vehicle and drivers license.
