What You’ll Be Doing Assisting qualified cabinet makers with day-to-day workshop tasks Handling materials, prepping components, and keeping production flowing smoothly Operating basic workshop tools (or learning to – we’ll train you!) Helping with deliveries, site installs, and general workshop duties Keeping the workspace tidy, organised, and running like a well-oiled machine Who You Are You’ve got a solid work ethic and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty You show up on time, every time You can take direction and pitch in wherever needed You’re switched on, reliable, and eager Experience in a workshop or with tools is a bonus – but the right attitude is king Forklift licence?
