The Role You’ll manage a tidy residential portfolio of properties, handling all day-to-day tasks, including: Advertising, leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, and arrears Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades Preparing lease agreements, renewals, and ensuring legislative compliance Conducting routine, ingoing, and final inspections Processing applications, reference checks, and maintaining system accuracy Managing arrears, issuing notices, rent reviews, and market comparisons Advertising and managing open homes through portals and IRE Coordinating maintenance, quotes, and repair follow-up Key management, coding, audits, and out-of-office appointment management Supporting the wider team during leave periods when required Handling conflict resolution professionally and efficiently Managing bond lodgements and refunds The Person Previous Property Management experience Strong admin skills (Word, Excel, PDFs, and PM software) Organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Valid driver’s licence reliable car The Perks Attractive salary package Monthly bonus structure Monday–Friday role – enjoy your weekends Ongoing training and leadership development Supportive, collaborative culture Strong long-term career progression Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
