You’ll be the first point of contact with our customers (mainly via phone) to ensure an efficient and positive claims process You’ll be responsible for assisting with the management of the 3rd Party Service Providers and Claims Payment processes You’ll oversee administrative tasks relating to an onshore portfolio for specific partners You’ll complete payment audit functions including liaising with Providers, Internal and External Stakeholders, reconciliation of accounts and determining case coverage You’ll act as the primary contact point for administrative-level escalations and claims, ensuring turnaround and processing in alignment with GICOP and AFCA legislation And what are we looking for? You’ll have a passion for providing leading customer service You’ll have strong communication skills with the ability to both build rapport and have difficult conversations with stakeholders as required You’ll have proven experience in a similar role eg administration, financial auditing, claims, customer service You’ll have the ability to detect and observe patterns You’ll ideally possess a strong understanding of insurances processes and legislation So, why choose us?
