The Opportunity As an Associate Director, you’ll manage end-to-end searches across sales, pre-sales, marketing, and leadership roles within the technology sector. It’s a true 360 role, a blend of strategy, delivery, and client partnership , with flexibility to design how you work. The Role Manage retained and exclusive client relationships with autonomy and trust. Lead candidate research, outreach, and market mapping. Drive the full recruitment process from brief to shortlist to offer. Collaborate with the Founder on executive search and brand growth projects. Contribute to content, EVP, and authentic market storytelling. About You You’re personable, strategic, and organised, someone who builds genuine trust and consistently delivers results. You’ll do well here if you: Have proven experience as a 360 recruiter or senior consultant (agency or boutique). Thrive in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment.
