Sales Executive – Software Licensing Location: Perth, WA Engagement: Permanent, Full-time About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to grow their Microsoft software licensing and SaaS business. This newly created position will suit a proven sales professional who can bring an established network of clients and quickly generate revenue opportunities. You’ll work closely with a high-performing sales team to build and manage a strong pipeline of licensing and related IT sales. What You’ll Be Doing Drive new business growth through proactive prospecting and client engagement. Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring excellent customer experience. Leverage and expand relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed performance targets. Own the end-to-end sales process from opportunity creation through to deal closure. Key Outcomes & Measures Achievement of sales and gross profit targets. Growth in new accounts and licensing revenue. Consistent pipeline development and conversion rates. Positive client advocacy and long-term relationships. About You: You are an energetic, confident, and results-driven sales professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You thrive in a target-driven environment and are comfortable leveraging your own network to bring in new opportunities. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 5–10 years of successful B2B software sales experience, ideally within IT, specifically licensing. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. Proven experience selling Microsoft or software licensing solutions. Established network of clients and prospects. Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales processes. Bonus Points For: Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions. Background in managed services or technology consulting. Experience with corporate or government procurement processes. Why Join?
