Key responsibilities The core purpose of this role is to act as a trusted advisor and educator, helping partners master their business, client experience, and product knowledge to drive their profitability. Partner: Support clinic and salon owners in refining service menus, pricing strategies, and operational performance. Education: Deliver in-clinic education and group workshops on retailing, treatment protocols, and client engagement. Sales: Identify and convert new business opportunities across Perth, which includes some regional travel. Demonstrate: Conduct product demonstrations across a portfolio of 15 premium brands. Reporting: Maintain detailed activity reporting and pipeline management.
