Key Account Advisor Job No: 677915 Perth Max Term Full Time Insurance Pay Band 4 12 month Secondment Role Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, end clients and key internal stakeholders Perth CBD location The Key Account Advisor is responsible for supporting the management and retention of a defined portfolio of Workers Compensation clients, working closely with brokers, end clients and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, consistent, and customer-focused service. The role focuses on execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, ensuring the GIO service model is consistently applied across smaller and lower-complexity portfolios. While Key Account Managers lead strategic engagement with major clients and brokers, the Key Account Advisor plays a critical role in supporting this by driving efficiency, responsiveness, and high-quality service delivery to strengthen overall client satisfaction and retention outcomes. What you’ll do (not limited to): Support the management and retention of a portfolio of Workers Compensation clients through proactive and responsive service delivery Support growth objectives by identifying and referring new business or cross-sell opportunities Provide feedback and insights to the Key Accounts leadership team on portfolio performance and emerging trends Capture, communicate and document client and broker feedback to inform continuous improvement Work with Claims Leaders and Underwriting to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. What you will bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial insurance or workers compensation Demonstrated experience in account servicing, client management or portfolio support roles Exposure to broker-intermediated business or customer service in a complex environment Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes Demonstrated understanding of workers compensation principles and processes.
