About the role You'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, ensuring every customer receives a great experience. You'll work closely with our Office Manager and other admin staff to keep everything running smoothly - from scheduling jobs and managing data to supporting our trades teams Key Responsibilities for the role Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently. Support Office Manager and admin team with day-to-day operations. Perform accurate data entry, filing, and record management Assist with job scheduling, supplier coordination and documentation Maintain strong communication with customers and trades staff Contribute to improving office processes and team workflow Uphold a positive, professional image and represent our brand values Skills & experience To be successful, you'll bring: A professional phone manner and customer-service focus. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal business systems. A proactive, team-oriented attitude. Previous experience in administration or customer service (trade or construction background highly regarded).
