We pride ourselves on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to support a critical healthcare environment. Reporting to the Operations Centre Team Leader in Adelaide, you will manage client requests, coordinate service delivery, and ensure compliance with OHS & E standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resilient, and enjoys working in a small team focused on day-to-day client service operations Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming client calls and inquiries promptly. Lodge work requests via CMMS and coordinate with service providers. Maintain accurate records, data entry, and reporting of service requests. Handle complaints professionally and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Ensure compliance with OHS & E policies and BGIS business systems. Support a small team while fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills Proven experience in a Customer Service Centre environment. Strong professional telephone manner, attention to detail, and communication skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMMS platforms. English Proficiency: CEFR level B2 or above High School Certificate or equivalent. Flexibility and resilience to handle a challenging team and environment. Proof of COVID vaccination and up-to-date immunisations. Desirable Certificate IV in Customer Service. Experience in Facility Management or trade service coordination. Workplace Flexibility This is an on-site role at a Canberra healthcare facility, with fortnightly shifts rotating between 8am–4pm and 12–8pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional public holiday work applies with penalty rates.
