About the team - The Campus Experience Branch coordinates and optimises access to the on-campus venues and facilities for a diverse range of clients including National and State Sporting Organisations, sporting clubs, general public, event and sporting promoters. This includes a key focus on providing our clients effective delivery, coordination and superior customer service to run successful camps, conferences, tournaments or events on the Bruce campus, partnering across the ASC to effectively deliver these services for our stakeholders. About the role - Manage the operating systems and business processes to ensure optimal utilisation of Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) facilities for the provision of high quality training activities, high performance camps, residential and event services for sporting groups and other commercial clients. About you - the successful candidate will have: Demonstrated experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), event booking management software or similar business applications (5-10 years). Demonstrated experience working with the booking system software SIHOT. Demonstrated experience at coordinating high performance sporting activities, developing camp schedules and working with sport program staff (5-10 years). Demonstrated ability to utilise financial and operational data to identify key issues and develop strategies and plans. Demonstrated record of meeting organisational and business objectives with the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems Demonstrated ability to provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members and simultaneously provide informed advice to senior management to support decision making? Demonstrated ability to cooperate and work well with other teams in a cross-functional environment to achieve organisational goals Highly developed communication skills and a proven ability to engage, build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally with a diverse range of stakeholders This position is offered as an ONGOING position .
