We’re seeking a sharp, customer-centric Application Support Engineer to join a highly collaborative APJ UX Tech Support team , supporting an elite client base across the globe. What Your Days Will Look Like: Take ownership of investigating and resolving complex frontend & UX-related platform issues for enterprise customers. Act as a technical authority, analysing log files, debugging complex web components, and collaborating with development teams to drive resolutions. Contribute your expertise to a global knowledge base, becoming a SME on a platform used by the majority of the Fortune 500 companies. What You’ll Bring to the Table: Proven experience in a customer-facing Application, Software, or Technical Support role; Having Web or FE development background would be a plus also Strong diagnostic & troubleshooting skills in core web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to customers, developers & business stakeholders. Must have Full Australian working rights & the ability to work in a hybrid model in the Sydney CBD (2 days/week). Experience with enterprise SaaS products & an understanding of OO principles (e.g., Java) would be highly regarded.
