Due to continued growth and success, they are currently seeking an experienced Production Planner for their office in Glendenning About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our team. This key role ensures the efficient planning, coordination, and monitoring of production processes to deliver outstanding customer service and optimise production capacity. You’ll work closely with Sales, Scheduling, Despatch, Supply, and Customer Service teams to manage workflows, meet customer timeframes, and deliver on our clients promise of quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily production requirements. Confirm delivery schedules and align production with customer needs. Manage and allocate production orders, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Communicate updates, delays, and solutions across internal teams. Support safety initiatives and uphold company safety standards. Participate in safety audits, toolbox meetings, and continuous improvement activities. Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met. Track production outputs against delivery, time, and quality goals. About You You are a proactive, organised planner who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You communicate clearly, think on your feet, and collaborate effectively to deliver results. You’ll bring: Minimum 5 years’ experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar environment. At least 2 years in a planning or scheduling role. Knowledge of Lean or Competitive Manufacturing principles. Strong computer literacy and communication skills. Solid decision-making, reasoning, and organisational skills. A customer-focused and team-oriented mindset.
