We’re seeking a Senior / Lead Transmission Lines Enginee r with extensive expertise in transmission line design and delivery to join our Perth team. You’ll lead technical work on high-voltage infrastructure and renewable projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with clients to deliver innovative and sustainable energy solutions. Working closely with key clients, broader Energy business and our multi-disciplinary teams, you will: Lead the design and engineering of overhead transmission lines (up to 500kV) Demonstrate a strong understanding of transmission line standards and construction practices Manage risk, quality, and compliance across all phases of transmission projects Perform QA reviews for work completed by peers Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers in the team Drive innovation and implement strategies for continuous improvement Establish and strengthen client relationships What you will bring to the team: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, or structural engineering Minimum 5 years’ experience in an engineering consultancy or utility environment Advanced skills in PLS-CADD suite including PLS-POLE, and PLS-TOWER Extensive experience in overhead line design and industry practices Experience in application of multidisciplinary standards relevant to Transmission Line design Strong communication and project coordination skills Interested?
