About the Role We are looking for entry-level Offsiders to join us at Redpath, in our Raisebore division. Responsibilities In accordance with Redpath and Client's Management Systems, perform the works as directed, with particular emphasis on Safety, Efficiency and Quality; ensure compliance with Redpath and Client's Management Systems and the relevant statutory regulations; present for work satisfying the requirements of Redpath and Client's “fitness for work “standards; strict adherence to Redpath’s Philosophy, Guidelines for Success, Code of Conduct and Cardinal Rules; assist raisebore operators with set up of rig and de-rigging; assist operators with drilling processes; assist with installation of ground support; ensure sufficient consumables and supplies are available for raisebore activities; perform minor machine maintenance work; assist with changing/adding rods as required; maintain a high standard of housekeeping on site; ensure the safe and efficient completion of all tasks as assigned by the Supervisor; ensure machinery used is cleaned and serviced regularly and any mechanical issues or damage is reported immediately; accurately complete all required daily activity and safety reporting as directed; attend and contribute to pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, safety meetings, roster change and shift change meetings when required; complete all pre start checks prior to use of equipment; conduct Take 5's and JSA's when required; report immediately any incidents, accidents or near misses; any other duties that Redpath may direct you to perform, which you are capable of performing.
