Due to strong growth, we're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Manager to oversee projects south of the river. This is a full-time role offering excellent career progression and a supportive team environment. What You'll Be Doing Manage all onsite operations to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Coordinate scheduling, resources, and subcontractors. Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a positive culture. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain compliance with safety regulations. What You'll Bring Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on commercial/education projects. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret plans and drawings. Proficiency with project management software. Understanding of OH&S regulations. Experience in live operating environments (schools) is highly regarded.
