What you need to know Location : Joondalup and West Perth Working hours : 37.5 hours per week between 7.30am and 8.30pm with a scheduled Saturday o n rotation ever 6 to 10 weeks What will you be doing: You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional sales and member experiences. Key responsibilities include: Drive team performance through regular coaching, leadership routines, and KPI management. M otivate and develop team members to achieve sales, service, and engagement goals. Monitor quality standards and ensur e compliance with product and legislative guidelines. Analyse performance reports to identify trends and implement improvements. Support business initiatives and change management activities. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Operations and support teams.
