Description Create your best future and join Westpac as a Client Account Specialist – BT What’s the role? Incredible 12 Month Maximum term opportunity to join BT’s Service and Operations division. As a Client Account Specialist (Asset Transfers division) you’ll be responsible for working within Panorama / Asgard workflow to deliver a market leading transfer experience for our customers. You will build relationships with external advisers and clients to support them in maximising their use and understanding of the Panorama / Asgard platform. This role will see you proactively identify opportunities and solutions for process and system enhancements. This role is full time, can be based in Adelaide, Perth or Sydney – Monday to Friday (7am-5.30pm) rotating roster role. What do I need? Previous experience in a customer service/client services role ideally within Financial Services / Banking / Wealth Management Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Expertise in Equity and Managed Funds transfers is highly regarded Previous experience in a customer service environment with demonstrated ability to work to deadlines Experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders Working knowledge of ASX requirements Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook) skills Why join us?
