As an Audit Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in leading audit engagements, from planning to delivery; resolving technical issues with confidence; mentoring emerging leaders and developing client relationships. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, working closely with the partners to understand emerging issues and evolving business priorities – ensuring the audit focus remains forward-looking and relevant. K ey responsibilities will include: Leading and managing multiple audit engagements across a variety of sectors Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders Coaching and developing junior team members Identifying and resolving technical accounting and audit issues Contributing to business development, tenders, and presentations Collaborating with Partners and Directors on business unit strategy and operations What you'll bring 8 years' in Australian external auditing and financial reporting with 2 years in a management role CA/CPA and strong knowledge of standards Confident client relationship skills, clear communication, and sound commercial judgement A practical, solutions‑focused approach with ownership of quality, timelines and outcomes Sound knowledge of CaseWare or similar audit file technology Our client is committed to providing a supportive environment where you can professionally develop, advance your career and flexibility to enhance your work life.
