JOB DETAILS Permanent, Full Time 35 hours, 5 days/week Salary $92,071.20 to $100,872.69 JOB DESCRIPTION In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework, ensuring the delivery of the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program, and Operational Plan. You will collaborate across Council to monitor progress, report on performance, and ensure our work aligns with Liverpool’s long-term vision for the future. Key responsibilities: Supporting the development and implementation of Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting documents and statutory reports in accordance with legislative requirements. Coordinating community consultation and engagement activities. Conducting research and analysis on topics which impact on Council. Maintain high-quality administrative and record management systems, including efficient use of HPE Content Manager, processing of purchase orders, and preparation of reports and publications. ABOUT YOU You take ownership of your work, lead initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes, and enjoy collaborating to achieve shared goals. You are proactive, detail-focused, and committed to continuous learning. Demonstrated experience in corporate or business planning, or a related field. Proven skills in research, data analysis and interpretation of statistical information. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines and with minimal supervision. A sound understanding of relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks, and of local government processes.
