The Role We are looking for a Full-Time Practice Manager in Capalaba , leading a close-knit team of health professionals in delivering exceptional patient care whilst supporting our team of GPs. Our Capalaba Medical Centre is also an Urgent Care Centre , offering patients extended access to high-quality, non-emergency care in a modern and well-supported clinical environment. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee daily operations, staff management, budget adherence, and centre improvements. Your Responsibilities As a hands-on leader, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth and efficient running of our Urgent Care and Medical Centre — working closely with a passionate team and key stakeholders to uphold exceptional patient care, safety, and service standards. Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure safety, compliance, and accreditation standards are met. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of your team. Manage rosters, budgets, and inventory with efficiency. Foster a patient-first culture and exceptional customer service. Inspire teamwork, collaboration, and open communication. Partner with Regional and National Managers to implement new systems and innovations. About You We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
