Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in aged care or disability support. Hold relevant qualifications, such as Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability Care, or Community Services. Possess a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation. Undergo a National Police Check and provide satisfactory references from previous employers. Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document accurately. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light household chores. Accompany clients to medical appointments, outings, and social events. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns. Respect clients' privacy, autonomy, and cultural preferences. Collaborate effectively with other members of the care team.
