Here’s what your day could look like at Chaffey Aged Care: ð Overseeing the health of residents across a 24/7 roster under the direction of the Clinical Care Coordinator and Clinical Operations Manager ð Delivering thorough assessments, ensuring exceptional reporting, and contributing to comprehensive care plan evaluations for residents ðµð´ Enhancing resident wellbeing by delivering personalised care that aligns with care plans and individual needs ð Bringing care to life by administering scheduled medications—topical, enteral, and injections (if qualified) ð Being the go-to trusted liaison for residents, their families, and representatives in regards to resident care, satisfaction and wellbeing ð Collaborating with RN’s, PCA’s and CSA’s in the delivery of care, hygiene, mobility, meal management and dementia support to residents in line with our vision, mission and values ð Following legislative, industry and organisational standards as it relates to quality, resident outcomes, care minutes, infection control, occupational health and safety and storage & administering of medications ð Above all, bringing a cheerful attitude and compassionate approach to every interaction with residents.
