Work collaboratively with a supportive team of GPs, nurses and allied health providers. Participating in care-planning, chronic disease management, and preventative health initiatives. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to best-practice standards. Requirements: FRACGP or equivalent AHPRA registration Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
