With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Allied Health leaders to join the Community Therapy Service Leadership Team.  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.  About the Role: This is a Hospital Without Walls leadership role which will be responsible for providing operational and clinical leadership to the staff within the Community Therapy Programs, ensuring delivery of an efficient, effective and clinically relevant service.  The incumbent will work with the CTS leadership team to comply with relevant funding requirements (including Health Independence Programs, NDIS and Aged Care (CHSP/Support at Home) and implement changes as required to ensure future sustainability. In particular this role will provide leadership and management to relevant projects.  The incumbent will be required to travel and work across the various Northern Health campuses and programs.  To be successful in this role you will have:  An Allied Health clinical background and previous experience working in a leadership role Experience in staff management and supervision Experience leading quality or project management activities Knowledge and understanding of HIP, CHSP and NDIS funding and services Experience working in a multidisciplinary team Proven ability for self-direction and self-management.
