Supporting the office teams across a range of duties and responsibilities A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the team and provide day-to-day assistance across teams. This role will support the office teams across the business, including Property Managers, FM’s, and Safety teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys variety, and is confident supporting multiple stakeholders at once. Offering a salary of up to 85k base Super! The Role : Diary management & bookings, travel, expenses and audits Upload and code invoices in Coupa accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile expenses (AMEX & Cash) in Concur Liaise with the IT and HR teams to submit new starter requests, order IT equipment, report IT issues and ensure that workstations are set up correctly with IT equipment What you'll need : 2-3 years in a secretarial/team assistance experience in an office or corporate environment Extensive experience using PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Demonstrated skills to be able to work in a high pressure, highly demanding, changing working environment Strong organisational skills Effective communication skills with all members of the team High attention to detail Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new task For more information, please contact Fern on 0432 119 423 or fwilliamson@goughrecruitment.com.au Not for you, but know someone who would be great?
