We're looking to hire a Head of Decision Science into the fold — a strong leader who sits at the intersection of customer success, marketing analytics, and product innovation. You’ll be the bridge between our customers, our data, and our product team — helping clients get maximum value from our platform while shaping its evolution. What You’ll Do This is not a traditional marketing science role — it’s broader, more dynamic, and central to how we grow. You’ll own: Customer Success & Onboarding Lead onboarding and ongoing engagement with our enterprise and agency customers. Ensure customers are using our platform effectively to drive measurable business efficiency. Partner with CMO and Group Account Directors from agencies to design, run, and interpret marketing experiments. Decision & Marketing Science Build customer insights and experiment frameworks to understand what works — across offline, digital, and commercial channels. Help customers make sense of “ugly and muddy” data — blending marketing, sales, pricing, and macro data into clear decision frameworks. Translate findings into actionable business recommendations and product improvements. Team Leadership & Product Collaboration Lead and mentor a small team across analytics, customer success, and onboarding. Feed customer and data insights directly into Product and Engineering — shaping how we model, visualise, and surface insights in the UI/UX. Work closely with product to define “what’s next” — new models, new data integrations, smarter interfaces. You’ll thrive in this role if you… Love solving messy data challenges with structure and storytelling. Have a strong background in marketing science, econometrics, or data-driven strategy. Know how to talk to both CMOs and engineers — and can translate between them. Are comfortable running experiments, measuring impact, and iterating fast. Are excited by the ambiguity (and opportunity) that comes with early-stage growth. What You Bring Leadership experience in marketing analytics, decision science, or customer success (agency or platform side). Strong understanding of marketing effectiveness — online offline. Experience working with or for agencies/brands on measurement, experimentation, and data activation. Familiarity with data and statistical modelling tools (bonus for SQL, Python, or econometrics). Strategic leadership experience — able to grow a team and scale operations.
