Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a Project Management Support Officer to provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support across a program of continuous improvement and asset management projects within a major state government department. Key Responsibilities: • Support the Program Manager with day-to-day program coordination, tracking milestones and progress. • Assist Project Managers in the delivery of projects, including asset management and process improvement initiatives. • Prepare and distribute agendas, record accurate minutes and monitor action items for project meetings and governance boards. • Coordinate onboarding activities including ICT access, building security and induction arrangements. • Administer procurement and financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing and payment tracking. • Maintain accurate project documentation, registers and reporting systems in accordance with departmental standards. • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, issue resolution and delivery support. About You: • Demonstrated experience providing administrative or coordination support in a project or program environment. • Knowledge of government or large-scale procurement and financial processes. • Strong organisational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to SAP or other financial systems highly regarded. • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project delivery environment.
