We’re on the hunt for a Quality and Safety Facilitator who knows their way around legislation and auditing - but wants to shape safer, smarter workplaces from the inside out. As our Safety & Quality Facilitator, you’ll help ensure our systems and processes continue to reflect our commitment to safety and accountability while maintaining the integrity of the frameworks that keep our services safe, effective, and person centred. About the role The Safety and Quality Facilitator will provide organised, efficient support for quality, policy, and accreditation systems. In this diverse and collaborative role, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Develop and review organisational policies, procedures and work practices in line with legislative requirements. Review and ensure current operational requirements under the N.D.I.S. Quality and Safeguards Commission, comply with current legislation, including Restrictive Practices. Support the Organisation’s ongoing N.D.I.S. registration requirements by implementing internal and external auditing as per the audit schedule. Maintain Organisation document control systems, system records and databases as required and recommend improvements to systems and procedures. Ensure Emergency Evacuation plans are maintained and current across all ARC locations. Maintain Incident Management Register ensuring timely processing of incidents and actions. Carry out scheduled site inspections across all ARC locations to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and standards. About You: You’ll be the heartbeat of our quality safety culture, turning compliance into connection and quality into confidence. Think less clipboard, more collaboration! Have strong administration skills, with the ability to prepare, edit, and format organisational documents with flair! You will thrive on detail, organisation, and continuous improvement, and take pride in knowing you are making an impact! Have demonstrated understanding and/or experience of external and internal auditing processes. Have experience with implementing/maintaining Quality Assurance Systems. You're a natural problem solver with an ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and identify solutions! Have a high level of understanding of WHS legislation and standards. Previous experience in Quality Assurance/ Compliance/ Risk Management or equivalent. No NDIS or community services experience required.
