We are now seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our talented kitchen team and help deliver the high-quality food experience our guests know and love. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a diverse range of à la carte and function menu items to venue standards Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all dishes during service Maintain high standards of food presentation and portion control Oversee stock rotation, ordering, and waste management (FIFO procedures) Uphold kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with NSW Food Authority requirements Assist in menu planning and seasonal updates in consultation with the Head Chef Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional team culture Follow all WHS and food safety guidelines at all times About You Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification) Proven experience in a busy restaurant, bistro, or hotel kitchen environment Excellent knowledge of modern Australian cuisine and seafood preparation Strong organisational and time management skills Attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently high standards Positive team player with good communication skills Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as rostered What We Offer Competitive salary package superannuation Supportive team environment in a landmark Bondi venue Opportunities for professional development and career progression Staff meals and other employee benefits Permanent full time role with a starting salary between $76K - $85K (plus super).
