ConsultANZ is looking for a skilled Contract Administrator to join a respected civil contractor based in Sydney. Known for delivering high-impact infrastructure projects nationwide, our client works across tunnelling, roadworks, bridges, slope stabilisation, and more—partnering with both government agencies and major private clients. Your Role Administer and manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring performance aligns with contractual obligations Process progress claims, variations, and contractual correspondence accurately and on time Support contract negotiations and changes, including service level agreements and programming Ensure adherence to internal procurement procedures and industry regulations Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Identify and escalate contractual risks and issues to project leadership Provide commercial insights through regular contract reporting and analysis Assist senior leaders with key contractual decisions and project strategies Support procurement activities including supplier assessments and sourcing Track and report subcontractor KPIs with quarterly performance reviews Manage contract-related inquiries and assist with dispute resolution Draft and review project and company-level performance reports What You Bring Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field 2–4 years’ experience in contract administration or commercial roles Strong understanding of procurement and contract management processes Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Xero or Procore is a plus High attention to detail and solid analytical skills Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Ability to work independently while upholding compliance and quality standards Familiarity with contract law, negotiation techniques, and risk management Why Join Salary: $70K–$90K base Super (negotiable based on experience) Permanent full-time role with career development and progression Join a leading construction firm delivering iconic infrastructure projects Supportive team environment with continuous learning opportunities APPLY NOW: If interested or email marnel.labarosa@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
