Job Summary: The National Field Operations and Communications Executive acts as a conduit for timely and accurate information flow between the Field Team and broader Hill's Pet Nutrition organisation. The role provides support and guidance to the Territory Managers and Merchandisers in order to drive consistency and excellence in execution. This role will drive excellence in execution in key 7P elements through weekly reporting and support the field team management and will have overall responsibility for the Field Automation tools utilization. Key Responsibilities: Communication Responsible for the flow of information to and from the field team on a daily basis. Liaise with the commercial team and facilitate business critical communication to the field team. This includes account specific priorities, promotional deals by channel and customer, go-to-market information, merchandising resources and sharing of best practices / field insights. Ensures all required documentation and updates are available by the required times. 7P Establishment & Deployment Monthly Field Team Grid Priorities to be loaded & assigned by Retail Environment & Key Customer Channel & Customer Specific Billboard & Survey Maintenance Real Time TM & FSM KPI & Key Account Dashboard Maintenance Monthly Promotions Maintenance in Purveyance & Retailer Marketplace Maintenance of Purveyance Database & SKU Listing Manage Wholesaler SDR & Promotional Claims MediaFly set up, content asset management & analytics Key liaison with Data Analyst for Tableau Dashboards Integration for frictionless user experience. Manage Field Team iPad asset deployment, maintenance & troubleshooting. Merchandiser Fortnightly Data Studio Roster & Purveyance Planned Call Maintenance PO management Field Sales Automation Management, Reporting & Analytics Collation, analysis and internal reporting of information submitted by Territory Managers & Merchandisers via field automation tools. Subscription based reporting management & maintenance. Provide proactive support to Field Sales Managers to highlight key issues/areas of opportunity to ensure corrective action is put in place. Process improvement through utilization and maintaining field automation tools. Ensuring accurate and up to date information is available on a daily basis, accuracy of data inputs, file clearance and implementation of Field Automation upgrades. Key links with the software provider (Purveyance / Mediafly), staying current with the latest updates and any hardware issues, solutions or software issues are elevated where required. About you: Tertiary qualification - Bachelor Degree in Business or similar field Previous experience in sales, FMCG, pharmaceutical company or Nutrition Company preferred Systems Oriented & G-Suite (or similar) Power User High degree of curiosity around technology advancement Early adopter / appetite for digital transformation Attention to detail and explicit follow through Never worked in the Pet Industry?
